Return Policy

It's a Wedding thing's Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  In the event that a product does not meet your expectations, simply contact us by e-mail or phone, and we will provide you with an authorization to return the item provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used
  • The product must be returned in it's original packaging.  The packaging must be returned undamaged and in resellable conditon.  The product's packaging is not to be used as the return shipping package. You will need to make sure it is protected inside the packing carton by packing materials such as bubble wrap or peanuts. Any damage caused as a result of improper packing to return the item is your expense.
  • Your request to return a product must be made within 14 days of product being delivered: NO EXCEPTIONS!  Should we agree to a return after the 14 days- there will be a 20% restock fee.  Your return authorization must be included on the inside of the box.
  • All products must be returned via UPS or Priority Mail.  When using priority mail you will need to purchase insurance.  We will not assume responsibility for items that we do not receive back or are returned damaged in shipping.

NO returns will be accepted after a wedding has taken place, for any reason.  If it will not work for you, you will know this PRIOR to the wedding, not AFTER.

Items that are not eligible for return: If an item is damaged or defective it will be replaced.

  • Personalized items
  • Disposable cameras
  • Clothing items
  • Candy or food items  

Fees you will incur when returning an item:

  • There will not be any restock fees unless you received FREE shipping, the return shipping will be your expense
  • If you received FREE shipping there will be a 15% restock fee to cover our shipping cost since you are now returning the purchase.
  • Original shipping costs, as well as the cost to return the product, are not refundable.

What if an item arrives damaged, is defective or has an error?

Report it immediately as we will only be responsible for shipping the replacement via Ground service- allow enough time for the replacement to be returned and replaced before you need it. We will not pay for expedited shipping for a replacement because you waited to long to report the problem or the order was placed without sufficient time to receive a replacement.  Any expedited shipping will be your expense!

If an item arrives damaged or is defective we will arrange to have the product picked up at our expense.  Upon receipt of the item we will send out a replacement for that item.  Please allow enough time for shipping as we will only send out replacements via ground shipping- we will not be responsible for expedited shipping. We will replace the item with the same item.  Should you wish to exchange the defective item, rather than receive a replacement, the return shipping and shipping on sending out the new item will be your expense. 

If the error was on our part we will arrange to have the product picked up at our expense. Upon receipt of the item we will send out a replacement for that item.  Please allow enough time for shipping as we will only send out replacements via ground shipping- we will not be responsible for expedited shipping. 

If the error is on your part you can arrange to have the item returned at your expense (provided it is not personalized, a clothing item , or a food item) as long as it meets our return policy.

How and where do I return the item?

You can return the item (following our return policy) via an insured method (UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail- with insurance).

You must contact us for a return authorization.  Once approved we will provide you with the return authorization and mailing address.
