SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow 3 business days to process your order in addition to the shipping option you choose. In stock items normally ship within 3 business days of order. This is an estimate of time and is not guaranteed. Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in processing or shipping times. We ask for the date your item is needed so in case an item is out of stock we know if we have time to get it to complete your order or if it will need to be cancelled. If you need a rush order please let us know we will try to accomodate you, it may require express shipping. All orders should arrive to you within 2 weeks of order.
CANDLE SHIPPING: During the warm months of May through September
If your order has a unity candle or taper candle in it we will not ship it towards the end of the week- we do this to try and prevent melting. We do not want it to sit in a HOT facility all weekend unecessarily. If the timing of your order requires it to ship sooner you will be contacted to upgrade your shipping- thats why it is very important to give us the date you need it (not want it).
Please note if you live in the following states your order will require expedited shipping (at least UPS 3 Day Select): If you do not choose to pay expedited shipping we are not responsible for any damages to the candles. In these states a 3 day ship would require it to ship on a Tuesday. That means after Tuesday it will be held until the following Monday.
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Expedited shipping will not speed up the processing time (3 business days). It will only speed up the delivery time- you will need to add the 3 business days in addition to the shipping you choose. Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in processing or shipping times. No Saturday delivery. UPS does not ship on the weekends. If you need your item by a certain date, let us know first and we can see if we can accomodate your needs and let you know the shipping option you will need to purchase.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $175.00 or more: If FREE shipping is offered, it is limited to the 48 U.S Continental States Only! (Alaska and Hawaii not included). Our site is not capable of distinguishing between states for the shipping offer, so if you are outside of the FREE shipping area we will send you an invoice for shipping. No order will be processed until the shipping invoice is paid. FREE shipping is limited to standard UPS Ground delivery. We can not ship UPS ground to post office boxes. You will need to provide us with a street address. Expedited shipping on candles during the warm months of May through September are NOT included in FREE shipping.
When you shop a link (invitations) and it leaves our site- the purchases at this site are not eligible for FREE shipping.
FLAT Rate Ground Shipping (if offered) is our choice as to which shipping carrier we use. Expedited shipping is an additional expense and is listed on the website. If FLAT rate shipping is offered, it is limited to the 48 U.S Continental States Only! (Alaska and Hawaii not included). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Effective 10/29/06 we will no longer be shipping outside of the 50 United States. Due to problems that have arisen we will no longer ship internationally. We will not ship outside the US continental states.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you choose to cancel an order BEFORE it has been shipped, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This will help cover the costs we incur when you credit card is charged upon initial order and for administrative time spent to refund the money. Once an order ships you will have to follow the normal return policy for a refund.
